MOEN (representative: Seonwook Kim, the "Provider") processes the personal information of users of Wax Cracking Squishy (the "Service") in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.
The Service has no sign-up and no login, and does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number. Photos used for the custom features never leave your device.

Information is destroyed without delay once the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved; electronic files are deleted by a method that prevents recovery. Information stored on your device is erased when you delete the app.
⚠️ Deleting the app does not remove ranking records already transmitted to the server. If you want them deleted, please request it before deleting the app using the method in Section 5 (once the app is gone, the matching identifier disappears from your device, making identity verification difficult).
The Provider does not sell collected information and does not provide it to third parties other than those listed below (except where specifically required by law or requested by an investigative agency following the procedures prescribed by law).

Overseas transfers occur over the network while you use the Service; the items transferred and their retention periods are as shown in the table in Section 1. If you do not wish your information to be transferred, simply do not use rankings or events. Each company's privacy policy is available at Google · Cloudflare · Apple.
The Provider does not collect the personal information of children under the age of 14. If we learn that a child's information has been entered without the consent of a legal representative, we delete it without delay; please notify us via Section 6 if you find such a case. If a prize recipient is under 14, delivery information is processed only after obtaining the consent of their legal representative.
