• (Optional) Profile Information: Nickname, profile picture (image), status message
• (Automatically generated) Device identification information (token for sending push notifications), service usage records

b. Method of Collection

• Directly entered by the "Member" during sign-up or while using the "Service"
• Automatically generated and collected during the "Service" usage process

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information: The "Developer" uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:

a. Member Management: Personal identification for use of membership services, prevention of fraudulent use by delinquent members.

b. Service Provision:

• When using the "Group Todo" feature, profile information (nickname, picture, status message) is shared for identification among group members.
• Sending "Group Todo" related activity notifications (push notifications).

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties: In principle, the "Developer" does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, the following cases are exceptions:

a. When using the "Group Todo" service: When a "Member" participates in a "Group Todo," their profile information (nickname, profile picture, status message) is displayed to other "Members" in that group. This is for the essential functioning of the service, and the "Member" is deemed to have consented to this by participating in the "Group Todo."

b. When required by the provisions of laws and regulations, or when there is a request from an investigative agency according to the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes.
