Effective date: September 1, 2026 (Published: August 25, 2026)

Article 1 (Purpose and Definitions)

  1. These Terms govern the rights and obligations between MOEN (representative: Seonwook Kim, the "Provider") and users regarding the mobile application "Wax Cracking Squishy" (the "Service"), including payment and refunds.
  2. "Paid Content" means content or features purchased through in-app purchase on an app marketplace. "Custom Content" means the Wax Ball, Squishy, and Keycap items a user creates within the Service from their own photos.

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service or on the app marketplace product page.
  2. The Provider may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Amendments are announced at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to users), stating the effective date and the reason.
  3. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue using the Service.

Article 3 (Description of the Service)

  1. The Service is a free app in which users press, crack, and tap on-screen objects to enjoy sound and haptics. It also offers rankings, custom creation, events, and a physical-toy shop as supplementary features.
  2. The Service can be used without creating an account and contains advertising.
  3. The Provider may modify the contents of the Service to improve its quality.

Article 4 (Nicknames and Rankings)

  1. Participation in rankings is optional; no record is transmitted unless a nickname is entered. Nicknames are visible to other users, so users must not use real names, contact details, or any information that could identify themselves or others.
  2. Nicknames containing profanity, sexual content, discriminatory expressions, or impersonation are blocked, and the Provider may hide or delete such nicknames if already registered.
  3. To keep rankings fair, the Provider evaluates whether automation tools (macros) are in use. If detected, score aggregation may be suspended for a period of time. Even in that case, the core features — play, sound, and haptics — remain fully available.
  4. Records registered by abnormal means may be corrected or deleted, and ranking participation may be restricted. Rankings may be reset or suspended where operationally necessary, with prior notice.

Article 5 (Paid Content and Payment)

  1. Payments are processed through in-app purchase on the app marketplace (Apple App Store or Google Play), subject to that marketplace's policies. Displayed prices include VAT.
  2. All current Paid Content consists of one-time purchases; there are no subscription products. If subscriptions are added, the billing cycle, amount, and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase.
